Product Descriptions
LIAOFANTM tie layer adhesive resins for multi-layer co-extrudable high barrier(PA/EVOH) packaging film is developed by our sole advanced maleci-anhydride grafting technology along with Europe optimized screw-combination and world leading manufacturing facilities from Austria and Italy. These tie layers are anhydride-modified, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin or polypropylene(PP) resins. They have various level of anhydride modification for customers’ choice, and are intended for use as a component in a blend with other polyolefin resins, or intended for extrusion in its pure form in typical extrusions or coextrusions. They are available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene (PE) resins or polypropylene(PP) resins. These products support a great variety of applications that can be designed for recyclability, helping advance a circular economy, which can be widely used in conventional or revolutionary packaging industries such as flexible packaging, chemical packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, transportation&logistics industry, electronics and cosmetics industry, etc.
LIAOFANTM tie layer adhesive resins for multi-layer co-extrudable high barrier(PA/EVOH) packaging film can be used in coextrusion processes including:

* blow molding
* cast film/sheet
* melt and solid phase thermoforming
* sheet and tubing
Product Uses
*** Concentrate for use in blending with other polyolefins or its pure form pending on customers’ recipe and application, to facilitate adhesion to a variety of materials including EVOH, polyamide, PE, and ethylene copolymers.
*** Typically in blown film, cast film and sheet coextrusion as well as blow molding and tubing processes.
*** Useful in both melt and solid phase thermoforming.
*** Please kindly consult with your local sales representative of the blending levels for EVOH and nylon before massive production.
